We ship to New Zealand, Australia, UK, USA, and some of Europe
Delivery Times:
Standard shipping within New Zealand takes about 5 to 7 business days. Other countries may expect 7-14 days. If your country is still affected by COVID-19, this could take longer.
What do I do if I haven't received my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be found, we’ll refund the product free of charge.
Refund Policy
If an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately, we will request sufficient evidence and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item (including postage). Items that have not been delivered and cannot be located will be refunded.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. If the sizing is incorrect, you can return your product and exchange it for a new size. The item must be returned in the same purchased condition. Shipping costs are paid by the customer for size returns
For damaged/faulty products, returns are free. You will use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you wish to return in the original package, and send it back to us.
For incorrect sizing exchanges, an additional postage fee of $10.00-$15.00NZD will be required.
Gifts can be exchanged for other BRAVE PANTS© products. Returns must be accompanied with their receipt/invoice in order to be eligible for a product exchange. They will be treated as a regular return, but must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date. Some exceptions may be considered.
