Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped from selected shipping services. Please note we take precautions to ensure fragile items are shipped and packed properly. We, unfortunately, cannot control the way your package is handled after it leaves our hands. If you have an issue with a lost or missing package let us know and reach out to the shipper, we cannot open a case on your behalf with any shipping service.
Refund Policy
Looking for a refund? We are able to accept refunds in a case-by-case situation.
1. Products that have not shipped out can be refunded easily. This type of refund will be done with a full money back to the customer.
2. Products that have shipped out and are "unsatisfactory" can be refunded, and will result in a 20% restocking fee. You will receive your money back minus 20% of the cost of the product. A prepaid postage label will be sent for you to return the item. Simply send this through the selected postal service, and once received on our end we will send the new package out. Please note that refunds must be sent out within 3 days of receiving the packing slip, otherwise you will be charged for another pay slip, and a higher restocking fee of 35%.
Custom Products, Monogrammed Products, Horse Donuts, and Cupcakes are all FINAL SALES, and cannot be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Not satisfied with the product you received? Don't fret! The Posh Pony accepts returns on any brand new, unworn, unwashed products within 10 days. Please make sure you send the following information to our email at shoptheposhpony@gmail.com
1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you are returning
3. The reasoning for the return
If you are returning an item because it was damaged please include photo evidence for us to open a case with the shipping service. Please note orders with USPS DO NOT come with insurance, if you wish to purchase insurance on your package please email us, and another charge will be issued for the insurance price. UPS offers insurance on packages under $100 dollars, anything over this needs to have additional insurance purchased. Donuts and or Cupcakes that are damaged due to shipping CAN NOT be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Shipping providers DO NOT cover perishable items under insurance.

Donuts and Cupcakes CAN NOT be returned or exchanged due to health and safety issues. If you have an issue with a donut or cupcake order please email us at shoptheposhpony@gmail.com
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted in a case-to-case situation, most items can be exchanged, however, we DO NOT offer exchanges on custom products (custom fabric orders, or monogrammed pieces.) We also CAN NOT exchange donuts or cupcake orders due to health and safety issues.
For exchanges, The Posh Pony will send you a new prepaid postage label for you to place your items in. Simply send this through the postal service, and once received on our end we will send the new package out. Please note that exchanges must be sent out within 3 days of receiving the packing slip, otherwise you will be charged for another pay slip.
Please send us an email with the following information filled out:
1. Your order number (located in your email, or on the shipping label)
2. The item(s) you are exchanging
3. The reasoning for the exchange

Returns & Exchanges are available only to US customers, International sales are FINAL and DO NOT qualify for any Returns, Refunds or Exchange Offers.
The Posh Pony can/will only offer exchanges for items of the same amount. WE DO NOT store payment information within our system and cannot charge your payment for a more expensive item(s).
Items that DO NOT qualify for exchanges and returns are custom monogrammed pieces, donuts, and cupcakes. THESE ARE FINAL SALES.
