Construction and plans are underway for The Riding Academy Hotel (coming spring 2024), which features close to 400 rooms that are pet-friendly; The Event Center at WEC (coming 2025), five stories that will house two rooftop restaurants and bars as well as other dining concepts, a grand ballroom for 500 guests, a bridal suite, banquet and meeting space, and event lawn with pavilion; The Shoppes off 80th (coming 2025), an 80,000-square-foot outdoor shopping center adjacent to The Riding Academy Hotel and Event Center;
Phase 1 of The University of Florida Health Family Medicine Center (coming 2024), a 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-art urgent care facility; the Ralph L. Roberts Office Building (coming 2025), a two-story business center totaling 54,000-square-feet; And Indoor Arena 6, an additional climate-controlled arena for FEI-level dressage exhibitors, and its 7 accompanying outdoor rings.
