Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. If the sizing is incorrect, you can return your product and exchange it for a new size. The item must be returned in the same purchased condition. Shipping costs are paid by the customer for size returnsFor damaged/faulty products, returns are free. You will use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you wish to return in the original package, and send it back to us.For incorrect sizing exchanges, an additional postage fee of $10.00-$15.00NZD will be required.Gifts can be exchanged for other BRAVE PANTS© products. Returns must be accompanied with their receipt/invoice in order to be eligible for a product exchange. They will be treated as a regular return, but must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date. Some exceptions may be considered.
