Shipping costs are calculated per order and are based on the shipping option you select at checkout. Next Day Delivery is available in select areas and ZIP codes (additional charges apply), excluding holidays. Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 12 p.m. local time (EST); orders placed after 12 p.m. will be shipped out the following business day. Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing www.RedingoteEquestrian.com to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us within 15 days of your ship confirmation email.

Refund Policy

Returns: We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, send back your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your package for a refund to your original payment method. We’ll notify you when the product is received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the charges for return shipping.

Send back your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your package, and we’ll ship out a replacement right away.
